Christina Applegate has announced today that she will no longer be a part of the NBC sitcom, Up All Night.
In October, it was announced that the single-camera sitcom would change into a multi-camera show filmed in front of a live-studio audience. Last month, the series creator, Emily Spivey departed and now NBC has confirmed that Applegate will no longer return.
“It’s been a great experience working on Up All Night, but the show has taken a different creative direction and I decided it was best for me to move on to other endeavors,” Applegate said in a statement.
At this time, there is no word on whether the series will return, though Deadline has reported that NBC is currently Lisa Kudrow as a replacement.

just started watching this show…….this news isnt great
I’ve only seen a few episodes. She was pretty good, I’m not sure how a replacement will do.
